My frame has an USB port and a slot for my media cards.
You simply download your photos onto whatever medium is accepted by your photo frame. My frame, for instance, will take USB sticks or a variety of different Memory Cards (i.e. the cards you use in your camera). I personally prefer to download the photos onto a USB stick as I find it more convenient and it doesn’t tie up a Memory Card in the photo frame when I could be making use of it in the camera.
Once you’ve got the photos onto the appropriate medium (USB stick or Card) then all you normally need to do is insert it into the frame and switch on the power. From there on, it normally runs automatically until you switch the frame off. There are usually all kinds of other facilities on the photo frame, such as fading in or out, etc. but if you do the above it should get you started.
