I am asking since my HELOC hinges on a WSJ budding rate. As rates rose somewhat in a past integrate years, a budding rose as well.

If your HELOC is tied to prime you should see a decrease within the next payment cycle. The Fed cut was prime rate cut.

i think FED cut only 50bps.

wsj rate has gone down from 8.25 to 7.75

it’s up to your lender.

my heloc hasnt dropped yet….but you should see a .5% cut IF THE lender decides to cut it.

hopefully the FED will cut the ‘fed funds rate’ again…..
discount rate doesnt affect the WSJ.
