How can I find out replacement models for older appliances and electronic equipment, etc?
I mislaid many of a essence of my home in a fire. My word will compensate to reinstate equipment with today’s homogeneous model. The word co. says which they can yield me with a information, though we would similar to to be means to have an thought of what a deputy models have been prior to articulate to a word co. If we have model/serial numbers for comparison items, such as appliances, etc., which have been transposed with newer models, is there a approach to find out what a stream indication is?

Hmm. Tough one. The only thing I can think of is to try Craigslist.com. I sold my older furniture there and I’m sure there’s an appliance category. Why not try asking someone at a good appliance store. Or appliance repair shop. Then there’s always the classified section of your local newspaper.
You can normally contact the manufacturer and find out. If you know it was say a whirlpool dryer, you can find out if it was part of a series with a new model every year. You may be able to order a catalog from the manufacturer also. Hope this helps a bit.
you can call the manufactor, or even go to the mafufactors website to see if they can help you out.
Contact the company that manifactured your old appliances. They should be able to help you out.
