I think you should dig a little deeper…. seems to me you look for research that states that Obama’s tax plan won’t work, when the fact of the matter is most experts criticize McCain’s plan… why don’t you post that expert’s opinion on your question as well?

While McCain offers a $269,364 tax cut, Obama would raise their taxes, on average, by $701,885 – a difference of nearly $1 million.”

Anyone how honestly thinks Obama is going to cut their taxes is a fool. If they let the Bush tax cuts expire in 2010 (and they will) everyone’s taxes will go up. If you don’t know, the democrats do not acknowledge that as an increase.
Obama won’t be able to affect changes to tax rates immediately. Our economic mess will not allow it. It will happen eventually, but not immediately.
The Obama claims, by the way, are smoke and mirrors… He NEVER makes clear that all of his proposals, etc, ASSUME that the Bush tax cuts expire. Thus, Obama claims a tax cut, when, in reality, it isn’t a tax cut based on TODAY’S rates. It’s based on an inflated baseline that exists if Bushes CUTS are eliminated.

This is right on the money. Obama will not benefit any of us. He will end the Bush tax cuts, and his own cuts will not make up for what we lose when the Bush cuts go away. The Tax Foundation said last week the tax increases will be the biggest in American history. Furthermore, the cost of all the goods and services we buy will go up because Democrats will tax achievers who earn as little as $250K. When you tax those folks they pass the cost of those taxes on to consumers, and they lay people who work for them off. Obama said the other day, “How many plumbers do you know who make $250K a year?”, and the liberal crowd laughed. Well, I personally know one. He has worked hard and built a very nice life for himself. If his taxes go up, he probably lays off at least one employee. If his taxes go up, he also charges more for the service he provides. McCain’s economic policies are far better for all Americans. McCain encourages growth, he doesn’t penalize success.
The tax cuts he is referring to are not for me and you. They are for individuals which do not pay taxes in the first place. Over 40% of Americans do not pay. The money comes from the working class and redistributed to the non working class non tax payer. We used to call it welfare. The left wing politically motivated whale humping lip smacking service workers call it tax cuts. Most of which have some kind of social disorder or belong to a in your face criers club. Like the ugly fat woman that’s always telling, good looking girls what they can and can’t do with their bodies. I, moved far away because I, got tired of Government kept welfare bums begging for bucks on every corner. Half these people will use your hard earned cash money for drugs and other illegal activity, further depleting the need for accomplishment.
