I would have a hard time buying a ring that I haven’t seen in person. YOu don’t know if the company is sending you the grade diamond that you are paying for.

Believe it or not, most jewelry stores have a clearance section where you can also find reasonably priced engagement rings, and you can see it in person before you buy it.
its best to look a rings in person.
had a friend who ordered his rings over the Internet and they never arrived till almost a year later. in the mean time he went to a local jeweler and got other rings becasue the first rings never came in time for the wedding.
Hey, I would not buy a ring on line….I really think you need to hit the jewellery shops in person. You never really know when buying on line, what you are getting. Will it be as described?
And the thought of a ring off ebay, or an eshop, it just seems tacky to me. I have bought dress rings off ebay and they were fine, although the certified “black” diamond I got was a fake!!!
Part of the romance of getting an engagement ring is the gesture of your man hitting the shops and searching till he finds the perfect one for you………go shopping dude. It wont be that painfull. There is no guarantee you will get a bargain on line. But some jewellery stores do have specials from time to time. I’d look at them if money is the main reason why you are thinking on line.
