What’s the name of the motorized dog nail trimmer that is advertised on t.v. It’s not the dremel?

It’s longer as well as the slicing heads have been enclosed. It has what looks similar to 2 rotary drums to approximate the spike for what looks similar to sanding down & rounding it off.
